Hungarian translation of antiX Linux and MX Linux (2023)

The MX Linux and antiX Linux distributions are small and fast distros, that can be used on older computers too. I found them, while repairing some laptops, as written here about my HP 6720s on which, I installed the 32bits version.

XarigamiND - Xarigami CMS updated for PHP 7.2 (2020)

Xarigami is an open source CMS, originally based on Xaraya CMS 1.x branch. Xarigami was last updated in 2014, which makes it incompatible with new PHP versions.

I've created a fork from last public 1.5.5 release, with no source code history available. (The original Monotone repository is not online.) I've updated several third party components to latest versions and udated the Xarigami core system and most modules to work with PHP 7.2. Meanwhile fixed many other problems reported by PHP7 analysis tools.

Please find XarigamiND on GitHub.

render(myMap) - Print OpenStreetMap maps for survey (2011-2021)

render(myMap) provides easy way to render specially styled OpenStreetMap maps, for surveying the area. We call it detail survey print, where all objects are rendered.

You can print your own OSM maps on render(myMap) website or find the source code on SourceForge: render(myMap) project page

or read on for some more details.

WebDjVuTextEd - online DjVu editor development (2014-2015)

Exisitng editors for text data DjVu files are quite limited, like for example DjVuSmooth. So I've implemented a new editor in JavaScript, that allows editing both the strucutre of the text (paragraphs, lines, words,...) and the coordinates of the text boxes by simply dragging with the mouse, features like create, delete, merge are also available.

Download from SourceForge WebDjVuTextEd or try the online demo.

OpenStreetMap is the free map of the world. Besides being an active mapper, I've particpated in translations of several tools and the main website.

OpenStreetMap.hu map website (2011-2013)

Besides being an active mapper for OpenStreetMap, I manage the Hungarian map site for the project, with help from the OSM community: www.openstreetmap.hu  I'm still running this site, but the development is mainly done by others.

TinyMCE Style Library - WYSIWYG CSS designer (2009-2015)

Easy to use content CSS style designer that allows editing font styles, heading styles, table styles, image border styles and text box (div, layer) styles within TinyMCE.

XarTM - Xaraya/Xarigami Translation Memory translation tool (2005-2020)

This program can import Xaraya locale files to a database and allows editing the string translations. By exporting the results you can get the translated Xaraya locale directory and files. The program helps the translator's work with finding similar sentences' existing translations and very fast navigation between various related strings. Update: In 2016 and 2020 I've updated this to support Xarigami translation.

Xaraya CMS - Hungarian community portal manager and translator (2005-2012)
