Table border style collapse test (CSS)

This test features the CSS 2.1 border conflict resultion by collapsing each border style. Borders have the same color and width, thus 'border-style' strength ordering should specify whether the table's or the td's border is visible.

The development of the web killed frames, framesets. This is very great, frames just did not work, no details here, there were so many people explaining it before. But now, there is something stinking with IFRAMEs as well.

DBNet is a very simple site. I write this CSS tutorial only for beginners, like I am, in hope that simple but complete documentation may help starting up quicker than reading the thousands of pages what I did. For more information see the references section on the last page.
