Xaraya is a free software CMS, highlights are flexibility provided by connecting small functional pieces together, rich module set, very active development, availabiltiy in several languages. Xaraya's localized portals and related IT structures are provided by the Xaraya Core Team and maintained by local contributors in each country.

QCad is a crossplatform, free software CAD application based on Trolltech QT. The software has rich and flexible drawing features, from simple lines to hatch fills, blocks or layer handling. The 2.0 version is GPLed on Linux but limited by the QT licenses on other platforms.

OpenOffice.org is a free software office suite, incuding wordprocessor (OOo Writer), spreadsheet (OOo Calc), presentation (OOo Impress) and more. The program can load most of the Microsoft Office documents.

LinNeighborhood is a simple GUI tool for Linux for browsing and attaching Windows shares on your network. The program is not maintained anymore, because this task can be done by most of file managers in Linux today.

Grip is a simple CD ripper program for Linux, you can grab a CD by few mouse clicks. It can fetch the titles from freedb or other online CD databases.
